Standard Processing SLA: All verified data deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 calendar days.

What happens when you request data deletion:

  • Account & Profile Records: Your name, phone number, email, address, and profile settings will be permanently erased or anonymized.
  • Grievance & Issue History: Grievance tickets, uploaded attachments, and comments submitted by you will be purged or de-linked from your personal identity.
  • Communication Preferences: You will be unsubscribed from all SMS broadcasts, WhatsApp bulletins, and email newsletters.
  • Legal Audit Exception: Certain transaction and audit records may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable statutory regulations.
